Who is Frankie...?
Every great bakery has a secret ingredient. Our answers to Frankie. She's the sourdough starter behind every loaf we bake and the hardest-working member of our team, and the only one who decides when it's time to work. If youβre thinking of starting your own sourdough journey, weβll ask Frankie if sheβs willing to share.
